- All classes run for a 10 week period.
I'm curious if you only offer classes or do you offer studio space as well. I studied Ceramics in college and I have been a potter for over 10 years. Also I ran my own studio in Orient, OH. I moved to PEI with my wife last summer, because she is currently a Veterinary Internal Medicine Resident at AVC. Her residency last 3 years and I'm interested in finding a place work in clay during the interim. I'm most interested in primitive firing techinques, and do both handbuild and wheelthrown pottery.
I don't think the classes would really be engaging enough for me and 20lbs of clay would last about 10mins. I would be willing to dig and process my own clay if anyone knows a good location on the island.
You might want to phone the studio (check the yellow pages under pottery).
I think you'd be better off as a candidate to buy an individual membership, either monthly or annually.
May see you there!
